What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase, if the package is not opened and the hair not used. Do I have to pay import duties?
When you import hair from china, there be tax by local customs. Sometimes customers will request us to declare less invoice value to minimize or avoid tax. We will do as customers request, but any tax or other consequences caused by low invoice value will be customers responsibility.
